Mission of the Project:

01. A team of 20-30 women beneficiaries will be formed to organize them into village based groups; 02. Provide them to collect their savings on a weekly basis so as to avoid danger Can spend on urgent needs. All beneficiaries will deposit Rs.50/- to 100/- per week; 03. Affordable Furniture Living and Home Furnishings in installments or cash between members; 04. Cash is given to the members to meet their urgent needs like marriage of son or daughter, education expenses, medical expenses, business investment etc; 05. Group Formation:

The group consists of 20 to 30 women members of women beneficiaries to form a group called Self-Employment Association educational for project activities.

Self-Employment Branches are to form groups and communicate with the 15 centers where the branches are located. Each branch will form 50 groups with 20 members each in 15 Self-Employment Centers Total number of members in 3 years is 50 20 15 3 = 45000/- people. Staff development training total 55 = 25 of 3 workshops in 5 branches on quarterly basis for 3 years 315 = 45;  3 years 45 seminars on annual basis in 5 (five) branches. Support and supervision system: Close supervision, regular follow-up, monitoring and regular reporting will be ensured for significant achievements. Monthly staff meetings will be held at the office of the Employment Scheme to review the progress and prepare an action plan for future development and necessary action. Prepare consolidated reports to the Project Coordinator, and the Coordinator will prepare a monthly consolidated report for submission to the Chief Executive for information and action. There are quarterly, half-yearly and annual statements and financial reports of activities to be shared with all stakeholders.
